The Lead Field Engineer - Production Enhancement role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of production enhancement operations by providing technical leadership, field supervision, and customer-focused solutions. **In this role, you will be responsible for** **:**
· Lead and support production enhancement field operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery at the wellsite.
· Provide technical guidance for job planning, equipment preparation, execution, troubleshooting, and post-job evaluation across production enhancement applications.
· Supervise and mentor field crews to ensure operational readiness, procedural compliance, service quality, and strong HSE performance.
· Review job programs, operational parameters, and customer requirements to ensure field execution aligns with approved plans and technical standards.
· Coordinate with customers, operations leaders, maintenance, logistics, and other support functions to ensure timely and efficient job execution.
· Identify operational risks, implement mitigation actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability and performance.
· Analyze field performance data, lessons learned, and job outcomes to support service quality improvement and operational efficiency.
· Act as a key field technical focal point for customers, supporting strong customer relationships and consistent service excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will:

· Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical field experience.
· Have a minimum of 8 years' experience in production enhancement, stimulation, pressure pumping, or related oilfield service operations, with strong exposure to field execution and technical leadership.
· Demonstrate strong knowledge of production enhancement operations, equipment, job design principles, wellsite execution, HSE requirements, and service quality standards.
· Be able to lead field teams, support operational decision-making, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
· Show strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills to support safe and reliable field operations.
· Have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, field crews, operations leaders, and cross-functional teams.
· Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**To be successful in this role, you will:**
+ Have a high school diploma, technical diploma, orbachelor's degree in Engineeringor a related technical discipline, with relevant field experience in oil and gas operations preferred.
