Key Responsibilities- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, distribution agreements, and service contracts relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Provide expert legal guidance on Indonesian labor laws, employment practices, and dispute resolution within the Surabaya facility.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable local, provincial, and national regulations affecting the company's operations.
- Assist in managing corporate filings, registrations, and compliance requirements with relevant government bodies.
- Support the General Counsel in litigation matters, including case assessment, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
- Advise on risk management strategies and the implementation of internal controls.
- Conduct legal due diligence for potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Stay abreast of changes in relevant legislation and advise management on their impact.
- A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
- Licensed to practice law in Indonesia, with current membership in PERADI.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a focus on corporate or commercial law in an industrial setting.
- Proven track record in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian corporate law, manufacturing regulations, and compliance protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
