**A day of life of Product Development Specialist**
+ Deliver sensory activities related to Innovation and Renovation for complex and new innovative products (i.e., plant based products) for Head Office, Business Units and all Factories
+ Provide expert consultation, problem solve and improve the usage of Sensory evaluation methods in I&R including product prototyping methods, raw material selection, and harmonization
+ Develop product prototypes to introduce complex and innovative products and processes directly to Business Units, Head Office Application Group and other relevant stakeholders for approval
+ Prepare industrial recipes for industrial trials in Recipe validation
+ Operate recipe management system and conduct validation to ensure recipe compliance throughout the development process
+ Create rapid prototype for ideation and consumer insight generation
+ Improve consumer acceptability as measured by Consumer Test through application of Sensory evaluation tools
+ Conduct competitor sensory analysis dan create the strategy to enhancement of technical knowledge and capabilities over competitors
**What will make you successful**
+ Technical education background, University degree or equivalent (e.g. in Process Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry)
+ Food industry experience in one or multiple categories of products
+ Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams (with or without direct reports)
+ Passionate about the supported product category
+ Committed to ensure an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations, in relation to people, product and environment
+ Adapted communication to all levels of management and experts
+ Flexibility to work with business and align with market priorities

The Service/Product Development Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the organization meet its strategic goals of service revenue protection and growth, and operating profit improvement.
This role is responsible for increasing the organization's ability to consistently and predictably deliver relevant, profitable and high-quality service offers and capabilities.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the coordination of activities, actions and deliverables in the service development process to ensure completion within time and budget and in line with development standards and methodologies.
+ Supports with implementing evolving a robust regional inter-lock for service development aligned to the global/group methodology to ensure expedient time-to-market / release of developments.
+ Ensures new service offer requirements from Service Offer Management have clearly defined business value outcomes, and that requirements are substantiated by an appropriate business case and prioritized according to business impact and importance.
+ Where required, supports Service Offer Management in the formation of business cases for new service offers.
+ Supports the identification, development and implementation of service pre-design in line with agreed technical, operational and architectural specifications.
+ Throughout the development cycle, prepare and maintain documents for service design/definition relating to the development of new services or enhancements to existing services.
+ Pays attention to the security architecture, standards and requirements for the new service, ensuring the secure-by-design principle.
+ Ensures that the client journey is defined, design and implemented, optimizing client experience and maximizing economic return through new monetizable client features and capabilities.
+ Uses expertise to provide input into the continuous improvement of the services development methodology and its practices.
+ Establishes solid working interlocks with all business teams and functions required in the development process, together with a verified RACI for all work to be undertaken. Subject this to continuous review and improvement.
+ Support with conducting post implementation reviews to audit the commercial, operational and technical performance of new service offers, and provide feedback to the business on possible improvements and optimization opportunities.
**Knowledge and Attributes:**
+ Seasoned understanding of the vast range of IT operations and company's service offerings.
+ Seasoned knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
+ Excellent relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
+ Seasoned knowledge of the design / development of procedures and technical features required to fulfil all the elements relevant to the service.
+ Seasoned documentation capabilities, in particular business requirements.
+ Seasoned analytical and research skills.
+ Seasoned ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
+ A go-getter with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
+ Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
+ Service orientated individuals who are able to create client value whilst maintaining profitable business results.
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field.
+ Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.
**Required Experience:**
+ Seasoned experience working in an Information Technology environment, particularly within IT Operations.
+ Seasoned relevant experience in similar role within a related environment.
+ Seasoned experience in effective product lifecycle management and service delivery excellence.

ESG/sustainability is a continuously evolving landscape and sustainability reporting requirements continue to increase globally. Aside from compliance, organizations are facing greater expectations not only from regulatory bodies, but also from different stakeholders: customers, investors, employees, suppliers, lenders, etc. We are currently expanding our ESG Business Development team to support our Convene ESG Software which aims to support our clients in their sustainability reporting journey from standard compliance to next-level ESG governance. The team will continue to grow over the next years as we continue to expand our market and grow our clients. We are looking for candidates with relevant sustainability and ESG reporting or ratings/analysis background to join our team. The successful candidate is expected to have a strong interest in general ESG trends and topics, as well as a keen eye for details on data/disclosure quality.

The main responsibilities are:
- Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
- Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing and realization of business plan targets.
- Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation.
The role requires significant interaction with clients/ prospective clients, partners and Azeus personnel which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.
Activities include:
- Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM.
- Attend trade shows inter-state (if required).
- Deliver customer presentations and proposals and negotiate and close business deals.
- Maintain awareness of legislation and best practice.
- Provide updates on sales leads to Senior Management.
Experience
- 2 - 3 years experience in selling ESG products
- 2 3 years ESG background
- Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives
