Main Responsibilities
1. Engineering Leadership and Technology Assessment
+ Act as Engineering Lead for transformation projects, responsible for technology assessment and feasibility evaluation at site level. - Work closely with Business Group (BG) and Business Unit (BU) Engineers to evaluate, align, and select appropriate technologies and process solutions. - Provide expert engineering recommendations and risk evaluations for new technology deployment (e.g., Twin Pack, VAS, Online Labeling).
2. Project Workstreams (Camelot 2, Avatar, D-Com)
+ - Camelot 2 Thailand: - Collaborate with R&D and BU Engineering on design and commissioning of: - Twin Pack solution - Value Added Services (VAS) - Online bottle labeling - Production process upgrading - Avatar Philippines: - Work with R&D to align technical protocols for product promotions and VAS. - D-Com Vietnam: - Support R&D and cross-functional teams in packaging localization and import substitution capability. - Link site readiness to long-term sourcing and supply chain strategy.
3. Site Execution & Change Management
+ - Work with factory engineering teams to manage change execution and support commissioning activities. - Ensure smooth handover, training, and capability building for on-site teams.
4. Innovation & Benchmarking
+ - Promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement through benchmarking and technology scouting. - Support productivity improvement initiatives by integrating new technologies and optimizing existing systems.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; Master's preferred. - At least 8 years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing environments, preferably with project-based roles. - Proven experience in technology assessment, process implementation, and project execution. - Strong collaboration skills across R&D, BG/BU Engineering, and operations. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsible for promoting various Cash Management products and services to Japanese Corporate clients. Also, responsible for developing and maintaining business with the existing and new corporate customers as well as extending and strengthening business relationship with respective business segment to achieve company's profit target.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Work in partnership with Head Office (HO) and other branches to seek for advice on various complex Cash Management issues and share knowledge.
+ Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
+ Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department's revenue targets by promoting and delivering a broad range of Cash Management products and services to contribute to company's profit target.
+ Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
+ Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
+ Work in partnership with Relationship Managers (RM) of Japanese Corporate client segment to support structuring the facility and preparation of indicative term sheet. Also, to be actively involved in business promotion program by visiting, presenting and prospecting in collaboration with respective RM in accordance to Standard Operating Manual.
+ Work in partnership with Operations departments to understand how transaction products can be supported and to meet the needs of the Branch's customers.
+ Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering various projects and tasks. Departments including but not limited to Global Markets and Global Corporate Banking.
+ Negotiate with customers and seek commercial solutions to finalize complex deal.
+ Handle direct communication with customers and obtain data of their financial conditions within the scheme of promoting our Bank's products and services.
+ Support and guide colleagues on complex Cash Management products and services issues or matters.

Support Department Head to execute and monitor Global Corporate strategic business planning, such as monitoring and projecting Bank's profit and expense from marketing activities as well as initiating funding / lending strategy when needed.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
+ Support to develop initiatives to drive process improvement / efficiency.
+ Support to develop banking products and services.
+ Support to develop business promotion strategy to maintain Bank's existing customers and achieve new ones in line with corporate strategy.
+ Work in partnership, supervise the monitoring and reporting of the front areas', including but not limited to department in Global Corporate area and product partner such as Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, and Global Markets, related their business activities with strategic planning in profit achievement and expense budget usage.
+ Prepare various reports including but not limited to Branch performance (Balance Score Card) or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy.
+ Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
+ Arrange branch-wide events such as including but not limited to seminars and clients' engagement events.
+ Support and guide less experience team members on complex strategic Planning issues.
