Join our team as a Project Manager specializing in AI Data Collection and Localization on a project-based engagement. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of AI-driven data and localization initiatives.
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, specifically in AI or Localization domains.
As a project-based professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle and collaborating closely with the Solution team to deliver high-quality AI models that align with our business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience within AI Data Collection/Data services sectors.
• Proactive project management approach with a proven track record of building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in upselling within project contexts.
• Dynamic personality capable of thriving in fast-paced project environments.
• Flexibility to accommodate various time zones based on project needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, adept at managing complex, multi-language projects.
• Ability to monitor project timelines, track progress against KPIs, and proactively mitigate risks.
