Full Job Description

We are looking for aspiring individual with experience in cold calling and email or web-based presentations to join our team as Account Executive.

• Create business plans to attain the goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Unearth new sales opportunities
• Present company's products to prospective clients
• Provide professional after-sales support
• Frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
• Respond to customer's complaints and resolve customer's issues
• Negotiate agreements and record sales data

• 2 years of related work experience in a creative/digital agency
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A business acumen
• Language: English business level
• Diploma degree in DKV, PR, or Marcom is preferable.
