Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely deliveringfinancial accounting operations including management reporting, statutory auditand various finance function

• To supervise for managing all dailyoperations of the accounting function

• Review the accounting operation,month-end closing, reporting, budgeting and analysis report

• Perform management accounting and costanalysis

• Coordinate with different departmentsfor cost accounting issues

• Monitor project performance andparticipate in project review and control

• To ensure and review the compliance ofthe company financial policies and procedures

• To review and enhance workflows forbetter financial operation and reporting

• Responsible for timely report the status and issue of the project and l iaisewith the headquarter in both Hong Kong and China

• Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasksand financial reports as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting orequivalent qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience,preferably in the accounting sector of residential projects in the leadingproperty developers

• Mature, detail orientated, excellenttime management and interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded and ableto work independently within tight deadlines

• Presentable with good communication,analytical and reporting skills

• Good command of both written andspoken English

• Good command of MS Office, especiallyin Excel applications

• Knowledge in accounting software isan advantage

Workinghours:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in regular

• Extraworking hours in reporting periods
