Job Qualifications

• Having min 5 years experiences in agent distribution life insurance industry (recruitment, trainer)
• Having good life insurance knowledge
• Target Oriented
• Process driven
• Familiar in using Ms PPT, MS Excel and MS Word
• Great presentation skill and negotiation skill
• Strong communication and personal engagement
• Min bachelor degree

• Drive achievement for New Recruit and Active Agents
• Drive activation for new business to support overall company sales objectives
• Recruitment pipeline monitoring
• Business Opportunity Presentation, Career Expo, Hiring advertising preparation
• Daily engagement with agency leader dan active recruiter to initiate recruitment & activation activity, follow up recruitment pipeline, administative things and projects related with recruitment & activation.
• end to end Training preparation
• Involved in recruitment workshop
