About the RoleFasten your helmet and climb on board if you’re ready to be our Area Sales Manager. Based in Jawa Barat, you’ll take the wheel in leading a talented troop of sales executives in merchant acquisition initiatives for our Point of Sales system for the region. Employing your stellar team management and interpersonal communication abilities, you'll go the extra mile to better understand our merchant-partners' concerns and experiences on the field to resolve their pain points, and execute sales strategies that are catered to their feedback and automate their operations. Your efforts will enhance both the daily operations and size of our merchant-partner family in the region, and ensure your team achieves all regional sales targets in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
- Lead, guide and mentor at least 10 team members, empowering them to enhance their sales skills so that they can offer solutions that address our merchant-partners’ pain points
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and deliver sales targets with the use of CRM, Google Sheets and Data Studio
- Support team members in negotiating and answering difficult questions from potential customers
What You Will Need
- At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership
- Strong experience in merchant acquisition
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels
- Strong leadership experience in order to lead, mentor, and grow a high-functioning team
- Good proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus
Experience in media, advertising or technology industries.Execute B2B marketing plans to grow TikTok's advertising business in Indonesia.
Work across all discipline areas, in particular direct marketing to support sales, collateral development, digital, and marketing event.
