Area Senior Manager - Jabodetabek

Full Job Description

Area Senior Manager position will oversee operation, sales, and consumer engagement activities in the regions which aims to hack growth for focused products. He/she should has analytical and creative at the same time, and always looking for growth opportunities. This role combines deep consumer understanding, data analytics, and project management.

• Accountable for topline (ie : transaction, revenue) and bottom line metrics (ie ; cost, profit) of Area.
• Fully accountable to build, maintain and continuously improve business operations of the Area to ensure efficient operation and optimum supply reliability on a day-to-day basis
• Accountable for gofood sales motion in the area.
• Design and implement the localized marketing campaignWork closely with stakeholders & leadership in Region Level to develop and execute market strategies
• Takes full ownership of the city’s budget and target

• Minimum 7 years experience with extensive exposure to Area operations with exposure to BTL Marketing
• Has existing relationships or is able to bridge, develop and maintain good relationships with key partners, local/regional government stakeholders 3rd party partners, merchant associations, and communities (ie: Driver community)Strong in planning, leadership, managerial skill, result-driven, target-oriented with proven track records
• Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data and using analytics to make decisions
• Proficient in English & Bahasa, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to recruit top-notch talent team, nurture & mentor them
• Having flexibility, willing to travel & relocated to the overall region
