Branch Operational Coordinator (Surabaya)

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Manage and supervise the readiness of center for learning activities
• Oversee day-to-day operations like daily transaction input.
• Schedule and managing the teachers for lessons as well as course schedules.
• Establish good relation with the customers
• Build and maintain positive branch culture
• Collaborate with the staff to ensure smooth operational logistics.
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with event planning and promotional activities
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring education regulation and compliance measures, such as data privacy, safety protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Collect and analyze relevant data to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions and prepare reports and presentations for the Head of Inhouse Business Unit.
• Analyze the needs of curriculum and facility based on student needs
• Analyze and evaluate the inhouse retention and new student number every month
• Providing report on department activities weekly, monthly and quarterly to the directors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree
• Experience as school administrator or head of branch is an advantage
• Friendly and able to work with the team.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Able to multitasking and finish daily task
• Well organized, trustworthy & responsible
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Have good knowledge of Google Workplace (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Any other digital knowledge is an advantage
