Job Description

• Identify potential brand partners and develop strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create partnership proposals, presentations, and agreements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement partnership marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
