Manulife Indonesia GA Business Development is responsible to develop the business of General Agency with close support to Territory Head General Agency and CAO General Agency.

We are looking for someone with:  

  • University degree from good reputable university
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience supporting the development of Insurance agency in specific general agency
  • Capable to understand the characteristic of agency team force
  • Understand the need of agency team force in related to development
  • Good communication skill in-term of persuasion
  • Good financial acumen
  • Understand the technique of coaching as good as presentation
  • Will be based in Medan

Nice to Haves:  

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will:  

  • Achieve Sales Target ( Sales Activities Penetration , Agency Activation )
  • Increase Manpower through Creative Recruitment Activities ( Business Opportunity Sharing , Live Recruitment, etc ) Development Team Agency ( Evaluation , Training , Promotion Class )
  • Develop Core Agents Achievement (High Performance Agents)
  • Drive Agency Initiatives Maintain and Develop Quality business ( Reinstate , Legal and Complain )
  • Personal Development (Mastery Agency Compensation , Carer, Reward and Product) Measuring and Reporting
