Job Description:- Monitor and maintain ShopeeMall seller's performance to ensure it meets company's standards
- Assist Warehouse on making decisions regarding return/refund requests including liaising with Relationship Managements regarding product knowledge/right tools to test the product
- Whitelist ShopeeMall requested features to be utilised as one of the tools to help seller's daily operations
- Handle ShopeeMall's sellers' offboarding process
- Work closely with Relationship Managements regarding issue escalation/confirmation and SKU listing/warning
- Create potential homegrown sellers pipeline
- Evaluate FAQ from newly onboarded sellers submitted by Acquisition team
- Screen Inactive Mall Shops
- More than 1 year of industry experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of relevant industries’ products, services, operations and SOPs
- Excellent communication and coordination in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Able to work with Excel and other relevant tools
- Strong data analysis ability
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
- Team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
