Our Client is a multinational pharma company , with focus to be the market leader within novel medicine industry. They believe in the power of technology in growing people's health, and have strong R&D that makes them competitive in the market. They are aggressive in expansion and are planning to expand their coverage to more cities in Indonesia hence looking for a Channel Activation Manager

• Lead/supervise development of insights-driven channel & category strategies,
• Support Commercial Director in Joint Business Planning, by providing compelling data & insights and supporting in aligning company goals with customer needs
• Lead and monitor Customer/Distributor/Channel contribution (by category) & identify priority area, customers and development opportunities
• Support Sales Managers/Executives in strategically managing sales team by orienting team towards top priority customers/distributors/channels
• Provide & coordinate with Demand Planner for Sales forecasts, distribution & supply
• Be a strategic partner to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Embed corporate culture, values, Win-Win mindset and behaviors to the team.

• Bachelor degree from any major, preferably business administration / management
• Minimum 5 years experience in Channel Development / Activation, preferably pharma industry
• Strategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic channel development plan
• Market analysis, monitoring & evaluation skill is a must
• Experience in matrix reporting with headquarter is preferred
• Good team player - with ability to lead cross-functional collaborations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
