We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Commercial Executive based in Surabaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve target volume set

• Visit and canvass cargo for all trade to achieve target lifting via telemarketing or sales visit

• Maintain existing clients base and increase MSC presence/share in the market

• Update the market situation and competitor’s activities to Sales Manager

• Implement the sales and marketing strategy according to company regulation

• Monitor aging and actively interact with Customers and AR team to address outstanding in the fastest way

• Increase/promote ecommerce usage

• Promote VAS products and all MSC E-Commerce platform

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

2. Minimum 2 years in shipping/forwarding is preferred.

3. Good team player, fast learner and innovative

4. Good English proficiency both verbal and written

5. Required Skill(s): communication, presentation, find and maintain relationship with customer, networking

6. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

7. Excellent negotiation and communications skills
