BVR Group Asia is a fully integrated service company based in Bali, which currently has 14 interconnected divisions in various industries. Each of our divisions has experts in their field with years of experience. Our divisions work closely with our clients and we work simultaneously from concept to project completion.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will responsible to:
- Handling a full cycle recruitment process
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Managing talent bank and report the recruitment activity
- Managing job fair and recruiting events
- Assist and report to the Director of HR for any hiring endeavors
What we're looking for:
- A graduate from Psychology/Human Resources Management is preferable
- 1-2 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Effective communication skill
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Good computer skills (especially Ms. Office & Canva)
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
