What you will do

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted relationship and communicate clearly/effectively to clients to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and support existing customers to ensure they continue using Qiscus effectively, leading to the success of their own businesses.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to share marketing information and/or drill customer references, NPS, and develop case studies

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field (e.q Marketing, Business etc). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Passionate in learning about sales, marketing or business development in IT solutions
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit
  • Previous internship or related experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing is a good plus
  • Firm understanding of and experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with potential clients
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
