Their products are integral to various industries and they are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to join their team.

As an Export Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence globally. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of their packaging solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets within the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams , including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Stay abreast of international market trends , competitive products, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging markets and assess the feasibility of market entry strategies.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in driving international sales within the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
• In-depth knowledge of global pharmaceutical packaging regulations and standards.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
