Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Factory Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university (A grade from BAN) with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Senior Factory Manager/Factory Manager/General Manager.
• Able to communicate in English and preferably a Japanese speaker as well (minimum JLPT N2).
• Experienced in metal & steel field.
• Understanding the process and flow of metal production and manufacturing.
• Able to lead and manage departments able to solve any problems in the department.
• Understand production cost management.
• Have a high leadership soul knowing the flow of CNC machine, lathe, stamping, plating, etc. related to metal & steel.
