Farm Coordinator - Upstream

Full Job Description

JALA is looking for a Farm Coordinator who will be responsible for all management and operational activities in the farm. The candidate must have a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field.

• Responsible for all management and operational activities in the farm
• Acts as a problem solver for issues within the scope of responsibilities by integrating leadership, knowledge, experience, and new input
• Involved in planning with farm management and operational teams
• Conducts supervision to ensure the farm operations adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Plans for the farm's needs
• Generates technical and non-technical reports for the JALA Farm team

Skills & Capabilities

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledgeable about shrimp cultivation
• Have experience in leading and coordinating a team
