Field Manager for Power Telecom Implementation

Full Job Description

 • Manages the Telecom Implementation (TI) according to project plan and deployment processes. Leads site design, equipment engineering and Telecom Implementation with relevant stakeholders.

 • Manages defects and claims in own area of responsibility escalating when needed technical issues.

 • Coordinates and / or conducts site / safety visits and quality audits as defined in project plan.

 • Validates the equipment installation results are according to the detailed installation Method of Procedure (MoP) and / or specifications and that they follow quality standards and all local applicable regulations.

 • Collects, verifies and approves site documentation (site design, as-built, etc) and ensures its timely and quality delivery.

 • Leads clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the site acceptance by the customer.

 • Verifies deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts.

 • Collects actual services delivery performance information and determine the causes to any perceived deviation.

 • Collects information to provide latest estimates to completion.

 • Follows up and distributes the work progress-related to time schedule and quality to relevant stakeholders and escalates the deviations.

 • Monitors and controls services delivery against quality processes and operational KPIs. Delivers feedback of service supplier performance Contributes actively to the development of the execution plans.

Specific Requirement:

 • Expert and experience on deployment of Power equipment from several vendors include Rectifier, Batteries, Cabling. 

 • Experience on managing Telekom Implementation in Power system including material, subcon team in any kind of deployment such as new implementation, and re-deployment (including plan and manage on donor and acceptor).
