As an Accounting Tax Senior Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of financial operations and taxation compliance, contributing significantly to the strategic direction of our financial initiatives.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting and taxation especially in sector F&B / Mall
• Present a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations, with experience in handling complex financial scenarios.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of tax planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant rules and standards.
• Showcase strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify financial risks and opportunities for optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overseeing financial operations and tax compliance from record-keeping to reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Lead and supervise the accounting and tax team, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities and achieve departmental goals.
• Adjust financial strategies and plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving requirements.
• Manage tax planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Leverage expertise in accounting software and tools to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
