Finance Trainer

You Main Responsibilities

• Conduct training session to help new employee or existing employee to understand each of clients inquiries by designing and effective training programs
• Support and mentor trainees to achieve the best performance as per client expectation
• Maintain & upskill knowledge, systems, and skills in a scope of work
• Work side by side with Operations to capture and documented new products and the processes from existing and new clients
• Manage training schedule and training requests by Operation teams
• Create syllabus, process notes/ modules related to Finance and Accounting, and keep it updated
• Develop a program to assess trainee understand how to do tracking, follow up, collection, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Be responsible for trainee’s attendance record
• Create a Training Evaluation Form at the end of the training for training assessment and results
• Support Operations team on doing production when needed

Qualification

• Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable and or accounts payable
• Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) including public holidays, weekends, and overnight shifting
• Willing to work at Central Jakarta or BSD, Tangerang
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Having experience in the travel industry is preferred
