Your Main Objective
You will work as part of business & improvement to help maintain service quality to the clients and enhance our resources skills. You will prepare, conduct Finance training and create the necessary modules, and assessment for the training. For this role, we expect a person who masters our products inside and out to advise and find the best possible explanations and respond promptly to inquiries. A high level of communication skills is essential as you will deliver this skill to your trainees so they can assist one of our client's operations, as the trainees will track transactions and follow up with the suppliers, conduct collection and reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a keen attention to detail, rapidly acquire product knowledge, and comprehend the requirements of our end clients. detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication and possess record-keeping skills.
