Full Job Description

• Plan, organize and supervise the implementation of retail services.
• Ensure the provision of quality and customer service in the service area to a high standard.
• Increase service revenue, control costs and profits.
• Carrying out workshop statistical analysis to increase workshop productivity. 
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Strategized purchase materials and plan inventory 
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Requirement:

• Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (Management & Engineering is more preferred).
• Have experience min. 9 year in the same field.
• Able to recognize business opportunities and provide appropriate action & change. 
• Able to provide problem solving with good analytical quality.
• Capability in directing people & organizations with a high level of communication and leadership. 
• Focus on after sales operation strategy & performance oriented.

Erajaya has built strategic partnership with various distinguished global brands, in addition, the Company also ditributes Venera, a product of Erajaya. The Company, further, also cooperates with credible network operators in Indonesia for their products distribution.
