Michael Page is currently partnering with one of the largest residential development company in Indonesia.

• Formulate corporate strategy that support business growth, sustainability and capability enhancement.
• Able to execute deals with less supervision, including land acquisition, financial modelling, feasibility study, business/leasing proposal, due diligence, structuring, commercial negotiation, legal documents execution and investment approval, etc.
• Work closely with the CEO to develop business strategy and ensure the alignment with corporate direction.
• Initiate and develop business development strategy and business planning
• Review and analyze market trends of residential and commercial property market.
• Leading project management to ensure the overall success of strategic initiatives
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project such as projection, workflow, and customer journeys
• Lead or Support ad-hoc assignments / special projects as assigned
• Coordinate activities and communicate with internal and external partners
• Study and explore new business opportunities with potential partners
• Build strong relationship with strategic partners/government agency to market execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Real Estate / Finance / Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience working at Real Estate development company as Business Development Head / Senior Manager.
• Possess excellent business acumen and able to conduct feasibility study.
• Proven experience in property development project and understanding of rules & regulations related to property development.
• Exposure to residential and commercial property development will be an added advantage.
• Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possess excellent analytical / presentation / negotiation / communication skills with ability to express opinion clearly.
• Detail-oriented.
