Full Job Description

Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

  • Responsible for Sales Team's performance. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Generates new sales initiative including but not limited to personal, group, company, and other social targets.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of sales activities, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create proposals for prospective sales plans and contracts to secure business.
  • Ensure all sales material is updated and accurate for all departments (flyers, signage, etc).
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, rounds and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing & promotion; and other teams to make aligned plan and product with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Quickly respond to customer issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance sales experiences.
  • Develop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, business and property agency industry accounts to maintain and increase market share.


Job Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Business Development, Management, Property Development, or another related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Vehicle or Electric Vehicle industry as head of sales & marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Indonesia languages is required for this role. English is a must since all reporting and discussion with superior will be in English.
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative mindset. It would require to analyst current trend and submit new sales and marketing plan.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and sales-related skill
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel.
