BATIQA Hotels is a three-star lifestyle hotel chain in Indonesia. The BATIQA brand is taken from the words "batik" and "Quality A". Batik is one of the icons of Indonesia's pride, while "Quality A" is a commitment to always provide the best service.

Currently, BATIQA Hotels are spread in major cities such as Pekanbaru, Palembang, Lampung, Jababeka, Karawang, Cirebon, and Surabaya.

BATIQA Hotels is owned by PT. BHM Hospitality, a subsidiary of PT. Surya Semesta Internusa, Tbk.

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including guest reception, room service, restaurants, recreational facilities, safety requirements and other amenities
• Plan and oversee hotel's operational budget including monitor revenue and expenses, and take necessary actions to achieve profit targets.
• Establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
• Build an efficient and productive team, and motivate employees to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop long-term goals and objectives for the hotel in alignment with the company's overall vision.

Job Requirements: 

Minimum 2 years experience at the same position.

Proficient in all aspects of Hotel operations.

Proven ability to meet commercial goals.

Strong analytical skills and strategical skills in Revenue and Sales Management.
