Working Location: South Tangerang, Indonesia

Employment Status: Permanent

Reporting Line: report to the Country Manager & Regional HR Director (both are not Indonesian) and managing 3 Staffs

Requirement:

+ Having more than 8 years proven hands oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs operations such as: develop and implement HR strategies aligned with international quality standards; lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent; spearhead training and development programs to enhance workforce skills; handle employee & industrial relations, performance management, and HR policies; manage C&B, administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations

+ Expert with HR principles, labor laws, and best practices

+ Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, strategic management of workforce, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
