Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Supervisor Operational to join our team for an exciting project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the project, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations for the project, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment and deployment of personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions for project staff on HR-related topics and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, in consultation with senior management and legal counsel when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll, benefits administration, and other compensation-related activities.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations and advise management on HR compliance matters.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Coordinate, communicate also Arranging an interview for expatriates candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Aged at least 20 years with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the HR field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferably).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR issues.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
  • Wiling to be placed at Remote Site Area Sungai Baung.
