Full Job Description
- Carry out legal due diligence, identify legal issues and
missing documents, then produce such legal documents as necessary, to
be in compliance with the laws and regulations

Provide legal services related to corporate matters such as corporate
policies, corporate actions/administrations, and contract management,
such as drafting, reviewing, negotiating process
-
Provide practical legal advice for internal stakeholders on a range of
issues including business contracts, partnership agreements, payments,
rules & regulations, disputes, data protection, and other legal
matters
- Manage and anticipate the legal risks
connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations
to ensure the business continues to operate in a managed risk
environment
- Capture, document, organize, and manage
all legal documents and corporate secretarial affairs properly and
neatly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
assess the legal implications of operational decisions and strategic
initiatives, providing guidance to ensure adherence to applicable laws
and regulations
Requirements
- 8+ years of solid experience
in handling legal and compliance department
- A
combined law firm and in-house experience in an
FMCG/Retail/Manufacturer company will be a plus

Strong relationship with the relevant government institution and
association
- Well-rounded problem solver with good
project and stakeholder management skills, eager to work and learn in
a fast-paced business
- Strong skills in drafting
legal documents and high attention to details

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and
inspire a legal team effectively
- Excellent
communicator and fluent both in Indonesia and English (oral &
written)
