Description
Develop and communicate a forward-looking vision
for IT that supports the facility's future business direction and
practices. Create and maintain an effective organizational
structure capable of supporting operating departments/sections with
cost-effective information technology solutions Direct the
preparation of IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend
cost-saving measures. Develop and maintain group policies and
standards to optimize IT acquisition, implementation, and operation
Oversee the development, maintenance, and implementation of
IT disaster recovery plans Develop and enforce policies and
procedures to protect IT assets and information integrity
Develop and maintain organizational systems architecture,
defining standards and protocols for various IT domains
Provide consultative services on IT matters to leadership and
employees Manage staff effectively according to internal
policies Comply consistently with policies, procedures, and
practices Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a
customer-focused philosophy
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science
12 to 15 years of progressive IT and leadership
responsibility, including 10 years of supervisory experience.
Experience in Health Information Systems and IT service
management. Proficiency in English, MS Office, and computer
skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and service
orientation skills. Knowledge of relevant laws and
regulatory requirement. Recognized certifications in Project
Management, MCSE, Cisco, etc What's on Offer Exciting opportunity
