Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary
technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and
software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty
important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive
maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which
may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT
operation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As System
Service Representative at IBM, you will be responsible for
the:
- Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for IBM Infrastructure
- Support incident handling, account support, and project services.
- Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client.
- Manage escalation to OEM or TPM, and become the local interface to client.
- Plan and execute service planning (spare part and knowledge), and become escalation point for in-sourced scope.
- Assigned to focus clients to lead the 4Walls contract and project services.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Has at least 3 years of experience
- Experienced System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services, and/or software development project
- Have experience in project management
- Have good presentation skills and ability to manage client expectations during project implementation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with clients.
