  • Customer and supplier invoicing
  • Customer and supplier statements
  • Container bookings
  • Container tracking
  • Loading instructions for suppliers
  • Liaison with suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Liaison with accountant ulle
  • Administration of insurance and shipping line claims
  • General office admin
  • Filing of documentation
  • Quality check with supplier when required
  • Any other related duties
