- Customer and supplier invoicing
- Customer and supplier statements
- Container bookings
- Container tracking
- Loading instructions for suppliers
- Liaison with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Liaison with accountant ulle
- Administration of insurance and shipping line claims
- General office admin
- Filing of documentation
- Quality check with supplier when required
- Any other related duties
