Full Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marine/ Ship Engineering (Teknik Perkapalan)
• At least 10 years of working experience as Maintenance Supervisor/Superintendent in Shipping Company.
• Experience in AWB, PLB, AHT and Supply vessels.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia, more languages are welcomed.
• Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Marine Engineering or equivalent. Job role in Marine/Naval Engineer or Management.
• Experience in various equipment such as engines, cranes, anchor winches, pipelay equipment, water maker, HVAC, etc.
• Experience in preparation and execution Maintenance Program.
• Experience implementing ISM Code and PMS
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Possess strong interpersonal, high integrity, leadership, able to work under pressure and good analytical thinking,
• Having computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel on a regular basis
• Target Oriented

Job Description

• Prepare and present Report to Docking Technical and Maintenance Manager and President Director
• Monitor and Maintaining maintenance schedule and ensuring timely for cost-effectiveness. 
• Prepare and monitoring Maintenance Department Technical Annual Budget
• Ensuring ships meet required safety standards and maintaining documentation that effect in ongoing duty.
• Monitor and execute “Plan Maintenance System” for both Deck and Engine Dept, assist Crew and/or coordinate with 3rd party/vendor as PMS work plan.
• Monitor Class periodical cycles including preparation of docking/repair specification
• Monitor defect list, other non-conformities including PSA/SIRE/Terminal Inspection and Prepare effective rectify plan then execute
• Evaluate Ship's report (Daily, Monthly), and including Inventory and consumables Technical analysis to maintain/improve ship condition
• Conduct Interview for recruitment Senior Officer, Brief/Familiarize and Evaluate for Engine Crew, and carry-out on-site training.
