Whiz is building the flagship fintech app for teenagers in Indonesia. From payments to budgeting, earning pocket money to savings - we are bringing practical experiences of money management to teenagers in order to raise a financially literate generation starting today, for tomorrow.

We are the only Indonesian startup that is part of Y Combinator (#1 Silicon Valley) and Sequoia Surge (#1 Asia) accelerators.

You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the founders, who have backgrounds in Facebook, Google, and BCG.

How you will make an impact:

• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting dashboards to drive business decision making
• Drive problem-solving and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues
• Produce actionable insights that will be used to support business decisions
• Working with both business and technical teams, constantly problem solve on evolving new analytical or data tracking needs

What you need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis / business intelligence roles
• Solid technical skills in SQL & Google Big Query, Google Data Studio, and other BI tools
• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analysing complex, large scale data sets
• Detail-oriented and good business sense
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and a team player

What will make you stand out:

• Background in consumer tech startup’s Business Intelligence or Marketing Data functions
• Familiarity with: Python/R/SAS, and knowledge of Data Engineering
