Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8-15 years' experience for the job of Marketing Manager. The job is based in Bintaro.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business strategies.
• Develop and communicate unique selling propositions for the company's medical device products.
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure effective product launches.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical (ethical) or medical device.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
