• Identify research needs, execute research studies andprojects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
  
• Stay current on market trends andcompetitive activity
  
• Establish and maintain brand budgets
  
• Define and manage the brandcommunication strategy using a variety of media
  
• Own the development and messaging ofthe brand narrative
  
• Create, execute, and manage marketingprograms and campaigns
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  
• 5 years of experience in brandmanagement, brand marketing, or marketing management
  
• Preferably having experience in Building MaterialIndustry / FMCG Company is a plus
  
• Proven ability to workcross-functionally
  
• Experience managing a brand acrossmultiple markets
  
• Creative thinker and problem solver
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Project management experience, with asolid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  
• Strategic thinker able toidentify long-term opportunities and trends
