About Our Client

The client is a prominent Indonesian Palm Oil Company, recognized as a leading player in the palm oil industry. Job Description
  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day plantation operations, including land preparation, planting, harvesting, and processing, to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Efficiently managing human resources, machinery, and equipment to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Developing and implementing annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing cost-effective strategies to improve profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and sustainable farming practices, while actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting employee development.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior leadership role within the plantation industry, preferably in palm oil or related agricultural sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing over 100,000 hectares of plantation land.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. A master's degree or additional relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
