Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
- College degree or above, under 35 years old; proficiency in Chinese is preferred
- Proficient in Warehouse Management, Procurement Coordination, and Planning Management
- Familiar with SAP system PP and MM modules
- Experience in foreign trade and managerial experience at the section chief level
- Basic English skills and proficiency in office software
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating procurement plans based on operational order requirements, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of procurement plans and supervising their implementation
- Responsible for advancing and implementing departmental performance indicators, including controlling downtime, ensuring timely arrival of after-sales goods, managing dwell time of work-in-progress, completeness rate, control of stagnant materials, and control of plan adjustment frequency
- Execute and report exceptional applications related to supplier delivery ratios
- Regularly implement preventive and corrective measures for stagnant materials, submit for review by superiors, and propose rational handling suggestions
- Coordinate communication and resolution of various internal and external anomalies related to planning (including after-sales planning), report and seek approval from the department head as necessary
- Assist the Quality Management Department in advancing quality-related matters
