Role of Purposes:
To support our business in the travel sector involves in refund ticket process. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in GDS, has analytical thinking, and strong communication skill as a trainer. You will prepare, conduct Refund training and create the necessary notes required for the training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Refund training for existing members or new members
- Ensure the quality & effectiveness of each given training, design effective training programs
- Support and mentor trainees to achieve the best performance as per client expectation
- Maintain & upskill knowledge, systems, and skills in a scope of work
- Work side by side with Operations to capture and document new products and the processes from existing and new clients
- Create syllabus, process notes/ modules related to Refund, and keep it updated
- Be responsible for trainee’s attendance record
- Manage training schedule and training requests for Refund
- Develop a program to assess the training need
- Create a Training Evaluation Form at the end of the training for training assessment and results
- Support Operations team on doing production when needed
- Submit production tracker and schedule report to the leader
- Share the progress of current training periodically with the leader
Requirements:
- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Tourism, or related field
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in Airlines, GDS systems companies, Refund, and Travel BPO
- Know about GDS systems (reservation, issue, reissue, refund)
- Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Have strong analysis skill
- Have strong written & reading skills in English & Bahasa
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Certification from the training association is a plus
- Tech-savvy, able to operate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and instructional software
