Senior Associate Consultant

Full Job Description

The role as a consultant is to provide advisory services to companies to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business efficiency and profitability. At Altha, we help our clients bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and implementation with our high quality Risk, IT, and People advisory services.

Responsibility:

• Conduct analysis and develop framework / idea to enrich deliverable's materials.
• Provide any documents and facts to support the manager and director in meeting.
• Manage and guide junior members to achieve and align with project goal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members in every project.

• Bachelor of Accounting, IT, Business, or Science related major from reputable universities, with GPA > 3,50. Hold a Master Degree would be an advantage.
• 2 up to 5 years experience in consulting, project management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and eager to learn new challenges.
• Able to lead, coach and manage junior members to achieve project objectives.
• Pay attention to details. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent report writing skills both in English and Bahasa.
