We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Success Specialist to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
What you'll do :
- Manage developer campaign (post sales - end to end) and make sure every product delivered
- Make sure every campaign achieved or over achieved KPI
- Give training to client's team
- Analyze the leake in every campaign handled and fix it
- Analyze campaign, create strategy, and next action plan to improve campaign
What you should have :
- Analytical Mind: based on data and analytical reasons
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needs
- Self-driven
- 4-6 years of work experience in client success, business intelligence, consulting, project management, product marketing or equivalent role
- Experience in project management skills, great multi-tasker who gets things done
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Experience working with the staff at multiple levels, including senior management, is a plus
- Effective problem solving, collaboration, and influencing skills are crucial for the position
