• Perform sourcing to fill positions and anticipate future needs
  
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process (interview, screening call etc)
  
• Ensure candidates receive positive recruitment experience
  
• Create report and identify area of improvement
  

• Proven experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
  
• Proficient using social media and job portal
  
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, Human resources or equivalent
