Full Job Description

The client is a specialist in rotating and turbomachinery equipment. Having been in the market for an extensive time, they are one of the market leaders in development of the most advance fluid technology.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor workshop activities to meet production and service requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to ensure the seamless flow of operations.
• Generate reports on workshop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance workshop capabilities.

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in turbomachinery maintenance, repair, or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using workshop tools and equipment.
