The client is a specialist in rotating and turbomachinery equipment. Having been in the market for an extensive time, they are one of the market leaders in development of the most advance fluid technology.
Job Description- Plan, schedule, and monitor workshop activities to meet production and service requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to ensure the seamless flow of operations.
- Generate reports on workshop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance workshop capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in turbomachinery maintenance, repair, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using workshop tools and equipment.
