Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale enterprise solution implementations (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote-first environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert proficiency in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding 20 billion Rupiah.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills suitable for remote work.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
