- Assist in the offer negotiation process and facilitate a smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on software engineering positions.
- Solid understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent sourcing skills and a creative approach to finding talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
