Bell is seeking a Customer Service Engineer (CSE), based in Indonesia, to support Bell customers in the Asia Pacific region. This role requires extensive travel to support the assigned territory.
The individual selected for this role will deliver world-class technical support to Bell aircraft owners in the region. This individual is a direct link for the customer to Bell support including technical assistance, aircraft operational guidance, logistical assistance, and sales support. **Job Responsibilities**
Responsible to represent Bell to our customers throughout the world. To develop and enhance customer satisfaction by providing a direct link between various Bell entities and our customers leading to a great customer experience and increased sales.
**Technical Support:**
* Consults on customer technical issues to maintain, repair, and upgrade aircraft.
* Provides hands-on maintenance for Bell aircraft during company-sponsored demonstrations and shows.
* Conducts expert trouble-shooting to minimize aircraft down time and thrill our customers.
* Conducts sign-off of Bell-owned aircraft maintenance activities.
* Develops and conducts formal presentations on maintenance-related topics to customers, which could include conferences, seminars, etc. (e.g. rotor track and balance, human factors)
**Sales Support:**
* Consults the customer on appropriate spare parts and volumes to purchase.
* Establishes relationship between aircraft salesperson and customers, which results in aircraft sales, as well as aftermarket support and services.
* Acts as technical expert to assist salesperson conducting sales demonstration in the field.
* Provides sales support.
**Administrative Support:**
* Interfaces with customers on warranty-related matters to ensure warranty policy and guidelines are being followed.
* Acts as the interface between customers and the Bell commercial business to ease the customer experience during purchase of aftermarket parts and services.
* Assists with scheduling of classes at the Bell Training Academy for foreign entities, and course translation as needed.
* Collects Bell fielded aircraft data, which allows Bell to make decisions on spares sales, service offerings, and new business development.
**General:**
* This position is remotely located and operated independently of direct supervision for decision-making and day-to-day activities.
* This role requires to be on-call 24 hours a day based on the needs of customers for aircraft maintenance and support.
* At least 50% travel is required.
**Qualifications**
* Must have at least 10 years of hands-on helicopter maintenance experience and hold a regulatory body certification, such as an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license or LAME license.
* Must have at least 5 years' experience working on/with Bell helicopters from a maintenance/repair perspective.
* Have experience supporting helicopters in the field and at a Maintenance Centre.
* Be a manager or team leader.
* Preferably have overseas work experience.
* Experience with EFIS and FADEC systems.
* Integrated avionics experience.
* Candidate must read, write, and speak English fluently.
* Must be able to travel with short notice and on weekends as needed.
* Must be able to be on-call 24 hours a day including weekends, as the call is to support aircraft on ground (AOG).
* Must live in or be able to relocate to the service area indicated.
* Physical Requirements:
* Must be physically capable to work on and around aircraft in demanding environments. Must be able to climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs above head, crawl under aircraft, and work in various weather environments.
* Must have a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to positively impact customer perception of care, attention, and satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the primary focus of this position and is expected to translate to customer loyalty to the Bell brand.

**What will I be doing?**
As Resort Host, you will assist in daily Front Office operations and work with customers and Guests to serve their needs and provide an excellent customer service experience. A Resort Host is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Assist the Front Office Manager with daily Front Office operations and to check villas prior to guests check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance
+ Provide prompt service and actively seek opportunities to drive Guest satisfaction
+ Ensure the team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the Guests or other departments
+ Manage, resolve or escalate any and all Guest complaints quickly
+ Work with all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting new or ongoing events
+ implement and maintain guest recognition program
+ Advise team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel for events or for general accommodations
+ Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area and be aware of the daily hotel event schedule
+ Attend all Front Office meetings
+ Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required
+ Serve your role and Team in an environmentally-conscience manner

**Your key responsibilities**
+ **Site Management :** reporting responsibility for all Quality issue within the site including:
+ Management of daily activities within the QA department
+ Ensuring quality standards are met with ISO 9001 standards
+ Conduct Quality trainings
+ Close management of quality non-conformances and reporting, reporting of issue has to be non-biased and transparent
+ Lead and co-ordinate on Quality and customer audits
+ Develop and maintain a local QA system that ensures the highest level of product quality and services to the customer (including managing quality systems F-GMP programs, and enforcing corporate policies, methods and specifications).
+ Drive efforts to improve efficiency with available resources without compromising on compliance directives and customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinate the contribution to the global system of performance indicators (customer complaints, delivery times, customer ratings and audits) to be used to quantify, identify and then continually correct quality issues on a local basis in collaboration with other Firmenich Divisions.
+ Promote and communicate Quality Essentials and Quality Operational Requirement to employes (and suppliers) throughout the Business Divisions and Support Centres locally.
+ Conduct internal audits of the local site (manufacturing, logistics, CX, QC etc.), judged according to defined corporate expectations and standards. Direct and participate in corrective action programs when needed or requested by corporate functions.
+ Lead and co-ordinate on client and supplier audits.
+ Participate to the regional Quality and Operation meetings
+ Conduct monthly site Quality meeting to Operations
+ Lead on the client complaint investigation, conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) with stakeholders and liaise with clients
+ Review trend analysis of non conformances, and work with Operation to improve the situation
+ Conduct mandatory training to new join Operational team (for example best labelling and Good Manufacturiing Practices)
+ Collaboration with Operation team on new process change projects and continuous improvement/cost saving projects
+ Execute and implement any continuous improvement, site projects, regional or global projects. For example like the FEP (Functional Excellence Platform)
+ Conduct and set up validation protocol for new equipments and new processes with Operations. Ensure validation documentation are audit-ready.
+ Lead on change control and risk assessment process, conduct Quality Risk assessment, Failure mode and Effects Analysis for processes.
+ Execute any other related QA function as per assigned by the direct reporting line.

**You bring**
+ Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in QA or validation in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, cosmetics, food, etc.).
+ Familiarity with Quality Management System, setting up of validation requirements for new equipments and (FDA, ICH Q8-Q10, ISO standards).
+ Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, business proficiency in English.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
