As a SEA Activation Marketer, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing activation programs to support the division's growth targets. You will track the performance of marketing tactics, including demand generation, sales enablement, and channel activation, ensuring tactics align with the division's priorities. This role involves close coordination with Sales, Technical and Area Portfolio Leaders to ensure that all initiatives are integrated and effectively meet the established timing and effectiveness objectives.
You will have the opportunity to make an impact by:
Leading strategic activation of prioritized demand generation programs and channel campaigns Driving continuous improvement by monitoring and optimizing demand generation programs in collaboration with the Product and/or Integrated Marketer including analysis of marketing and SFDC analytics Launching new products and implementing price strategies aligned with business goals Developing localised content to country needs, ensuring it meets customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ A bachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferred
+ Experience in B2B Marketing in industrial segments
+ 5 years' experience in marketing disciplines such as price, portfolio, end-user and channel
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
+ Proven experience in market segmentation and developing integrated marketing campaigns in SEA
+ Good level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders
+ Problem solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions
+ Proficient in PPT, Excel, Power BI office tools, and experience with SFDC is a plus

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Adjuster specializing in the energy sector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex insurance claims related to energy and power generation, including renewable energy, oil & gas, and utility infrastructures. + Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of energy-related insurance claims to determine the extent of loss or damage.
+ Site Assessments: Visit affected sites to assess damages, gather evidence, and consult with stakeholders to understand the circumstances of the claim.
+ Reporting: Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, including cause of loss, extent of damage, and recommendations for settlement.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with policyholders, insurers, brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate the claims process.
+ Policy Analysis: Review insurance policies to determine coverage applicability and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
+ Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate fair and equitable claim settlements in line with policy coverage and company guidelines.
+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all claims handling processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
