Life Critical Standard: Conduct Gap Assessment for Life Critical Standard specific for PTW, Line Break and ensuring biannual audit for 13 Life Critical Standard.
Manufacturing System Process Safety Step 1,2,3: Scheduling UMS Audit with respective plant manager and monitor the follow-up action for 20 pillars.
Audit: Schedule preparation for Internal Audit Interlock, Internal PSM Audit, Global PSM Audit, SCE or any External Audit Related to Process Safety, including follow-up action and tracking.
Audit: Participate in Biannual CSMS Audit to Contractor 1 & 2, Stake holder reaches from initiate to execution and follow-up action with the respective Contractor 1 & 2 for both upstream and downstream plant.
Incident Report & Investigation: Ensure the plant report any near miss and incident related to Process Safety and report in SHENET & SHEHUB for Serious Injury and High Potential Incident within 24hrs and investigate within 30days.
Emergency Preparedness System: Initiate the review of Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedure, making sure yearly drill schedule is developed and executed.
Safety Critical Equipment: Define, follow-up calibration of SCE, carry out audit for SCE at each of the plant.
- PSSR: Involve in PSSR for upstream downstream plant, Project including follow-up recommendation.
Qualification
Having 10 years' experience in process safety for Oleochemical, Petrochemical, Oil and gas.
Familiar with Process Safety Standard both Local and International Standard NFPA, API, ANSI and Local Regulation.
Familiar with QRA, MAE, EERA, Bowtie and hand on experience PHA.
Having experience handle and knows characteristic oleochemical, petrochemical, oil and gas products.
